The Philadelphia Police Department has announced the safe return of Mr. Richard Van White, an 87-year-old man previously reported as missing and endangered. Last Thursday, Mr. White disappeared after leaving his residence on the 1900 block of Maryland Street around 7:30 PM, initiating public concern and a subsequent search, as detailed by PPD Crime Blotter.
Described as a 6-feet-tall male, weighing 135 pounds, with a thin build, brown eyes, and gray hair, Mr. White had last been seen wearing jeans and an orange thermal shirt.
