According to the report published by the PPD, at approximately 6:54 AM, a female complainant was walking along the 400 block of Roosevelt Blvd when she perceived a masked male sprinting toward her brandishing a firearm, upon noticing the imminent threat, she fled towards the 4800 block of N. Lawrence Street, where the assailant discharged his weapon in her direction a total of ten times, fortunately the complainant escaped unscathed.
