Police are investigating after a driver crashed into another vehicle and a house in Southwest Philadelphia before leaving the scene on Thursday afternoon.
“Here we are again – right back to square one,” said Thomas Harvey, whose front porch was destroyed. He said he’s living this nightmare all over again.
“I just fixed this house,” said Harvey, who paid about $6,000 from his own pocket for repairs. “Not even two months, and this is what happened.”…
