The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating missing juvenile Nile Hines. Nile was last seen September 25, 2025, at 4:00 pm, on the 39xx block of N 5th St.
She is 12 years-of-age, 5’4″, 130 lbs., brown eyes, black hair in ponytail, medium build, and was last seen wearing a light army green hoodie, blue jeans, backpack with cartoon characters and blue braces…
