NORRISTOWN — Two months before a West Conshohocken woman was fatally shot, allegedly by her boyfriend, she confided in a relative that she planned to break up with the Bucks County man, according to testimony.
The March 2025 statement that Alyssa Rose Wiest made to her sister is relevant evidence at the homicide trial of Michael J. Dutkiewicz because it corroborates the prosecution’s evidence that Wiest broke up with Dutkiewicz “approximately five minutes before he killed her,” on May 18, 2025, Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney Yasmine I. R. Finnegan argued during a pretrial hearing.
