Pennsylvania man allegedly punched officers in Dauphin County

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– A Pennsylvania man was charged after allegedly punching police officers during a traffic stop in Dauphin County early Friday morning.

The Lower Paxton Township Bureau of Police said officers initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Colonial Road and Ethel Street at 12:05 a.m. on October 10. Officers noticed fraudulent inspection stickers during the stop and requested the driver, identified as Nysaire Outlaw, 28, of Philadelphia, to exit the vehicle.

Outlaw allegedly refused to exit the vehicle, leading officers to inform him that not complying with a lawful order can result in an arrest, police said.
