3 charged with stealing more than $700K from Manor College

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Three people have been charged with stealing more than $700,000 from a college in Montgomery County.

The Montgomery County District Attorney’s office says that while 41-year-old Arion Singh was the vice president of finance at Manor College between January 2023 and April 2025, he stole more than $714,000 from the Jenkintown school.

Singh, from Huntingdon, is charged with theft, corrupt organization, and several other crimes, along with 39-year-old Sydney Lovelace from Chicago, who authorities say is Singh’s girlfriend, and 46-year-old Amar Persad…
