Williamsport, Pa. — A Philadelphia man kicked in a bedroom door before he strangled a woman lying down inside.
Williamsport police said Anthony Brycel Cunningham, 32, ignored the victim’s children, who told him he was not allowed inside the home in the 600 block of Second Street. Cunningham pushed his way in and broke through a door before choking a woman on Oct. 9, according to the complaint.
