Williamsport, Pa. — A warrant is out for a man’s arrest after he threatened and strangled his girlfriend, causing her to fear he was going to kill her, according to a police report.
The victim’s kids fled from Sameer Alim Ruffin, 23, of Philadelphia on Oct. 17 as the two argued in the 1600 block of Sherman Street, Officer Jonathan Day of the Williamsport Bureau of Police said. Ruffin shoved the woman before grabbing the back of her neck and leading her into a house, Day wrote.
Ruffin threatened to kill her and the children before taking her back outside and getting into a car, according to the complaint. As they drove in the 300 block of Washington Boulevard, Ruffin allegedly told the victim he was taking her to another home to hurt her…
