The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating endangered missing person Leroy Hurling. Leroy was last seen October 21, 2025, at 5:05 PM, on the 79xx block of Lindbergh Blvd.
He is 58 years old, 6’0″, 203 lbs., medium build, medium brown complexion, gray hair, gray beard, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a Blue baseball cap w/Polo logo, black jacket w/red lining, blue shirt, blue jeans and gray New Balance sneakers…
