PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police have asked for the public’s help in finding a man suspected of committing homicide earlier this month.
Officials said Francisco Fernandez is wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of 36-year-old Darnell Brown on Oct. 18.
