A pair of separate shootings across Philadelphia early Monday left one man dead and another in critical condition, officials said.
In the deadly incident, officials said, a man — who police did not immediately provide further identifying information on — was shot in the chest and torso in an incident that happened just after 3:30 a.m. along the 300 block of East Somerville Avenue in Philly’s Olney community.
