The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person, Giselle Badillo. She is a 17-year-old female who was last seen on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 12:27 p.m. in the 47XX block of Worth Street.
Giselle is 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 140 pounds, brown eyes, bright red hair, has nose piercing, and thin build. She was last seen wearing a neon green sports bra, and red/black plaid pants. She could be traveling to Washington D.C…
