ABINGTON — A 15-year-old Delaware County girl must answer to homicide-related charges in Montgomery County Court in connection with the fatal shooting of a friend, a 17-year-old boy, while she visited his Abington Township apartment.
Precious Christine Hamilton, of the 200 block of Lexington Avenue, Eddystone, was ordered to stand trial, after a preliminary hearing before District Court Judge Juanita A Price, on charges of third-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, possession of a firearm by a minor and carrying a firearm without a license in connection with the alleged Oct. 6, 2025, fatal shooting of Baseem “Seyven” Baker inside his apartment in the 100 block of Old York Road in the Jenkintown section of Abington Township.
Hamilton was charged as an adult due to the violent nature of the alleged crime…
