Philadelphia police were called to the unit block of North 61st Street just before 2 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, after a friend went to check on a man he had not heard from in weeks, officials confirmed.
Inside the home, officers found the body of a 41-year-old man lying face down on the living room floor, partially decomposed, police said.
