Caught on Cam: Man sought after shop broken into in Philly’s Christmas Village

A man is being sought by police in Philadelphia after he was captured on surveillance footage after breaking into a shop in Christmas Village at LOVE Park on Friday.

Police shared footage of the suspect on social media on Wednesday.
