Mercer County has opened online surveys for residents to submit their ideas for the planning of the proposed Harlan Joseph Peace Park in Trenton.
The proposed park will honor Harlan Bruce Joseph, of Trenton, a community activist and Lincoln University seminary student who was shot and killed on April 9, 1968, by a police officer during the 1968 riots.
