Officers assigned to the 17th District responded to a hospital-related radio call involving a child not breathing at a residence on the 2100 block of Titan Street in South Philadelphia on Sunday, Dec. 21, at approximately 4:49 a.m., according to police.
Philadelphia Fire Department medics arrived on scene and initiated CPR before transporting the child to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, authorities said.
