Philadelphia woman arrested for fraudulent jewelry purchase in Waterford

WATERFORD, Conn. (WFSB) – A Philadelphia woman was arrested Thursday on for using a fraudulent credit card to purchase more than $7,000 worth of jewelry from a local business.

Candace Johnson-Jefferson, 36, was taken into custody Dec. 18 with assistance from the Bethel Police Department.
