The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating missing juvenile Ty-Zhiem Hockaday-Smith. Ty-Zhiem was reported missing by his mother on December 22, 2025, at approximately 12:15 a.m. She stated that he was last seen earlier that day when she dropped him off at his grandparents’ residence on the 1300 block of McKinley Street.
