Former Junkluggers of Willow Grove coworkers receive gun trafficking sentences in addition to life terms for murder

Charles Edward Fulforth, 42, of Jenkintown (Abington Township) was sentenced to 15 to 30 years in state prison after he pleaded guilty to charges of corrupt organizations, illegal transfer of firearms, conspiracy and person not to possess firearms in connection with his involvement with a gun trafficking organization between June 2024 and January 2025, The Reporter said.

Fulforth is already serving a life sentence for a deadly home invasion burglary in Lower Merion. He was arrested on those charges in December 2024. His accomplice, Kelvin Roberts, 42, of Philadelphia, was arrested five days later.

Both men were employed by Junkluggers in Willow Grove (Upper Moreland Township). Last week, Roberts was sentenced to 5 to 10 years in prison in addition to his life prison term for the murder conviction. The consecutive prison terms will make it more difficult for a future governor to commute the life terms, The Reporter said…
