Most of us expect to have a relaxing time during the holidays, but unfortunately, some people out there, for better or worse, just give us a lot of stress and ruin this time of year. One example is careless drivers who sometimes seem way too distracted by other things and end up causing vehicular mayhem. A situation like this happened on Christmas Eve in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where a driver rear-ended another vehicle, but instead of stopping, hit the gas and continued to damage the car while also creating a huge cloud of smoke around everyone on the road.
