Amid criticism from the state that Trenton’s municipal water utility has neglected its infrastructure, the utility is seeking bids from engineering consultants to evaluate the intake system for it local treatment plant.
The utility, known as Trenton Water Works, or TWW, put out a request for proposals from engineering firms to evaluate the system at its $9 million filtration plant. The deadline for potential firms to submit their proposals is Jan. 9, 2026.
