Man pleads ‘no contest’ for crash that left 8-year-old paralyzed in Chester, Pa.

A Philadelphia man accused of hitting an 8-year-old boy with his car and leaving the scene has pleaded no contest.

Caleb Campbell, 22, was charged with aggravated assault by vehicle and accidents involving death or injury while not licensed.

The crash happened at 9th and Tilghman streets in Chester, Pa. on February 4.

Investigators say 8-year-old Ny-Leek Ellison was left paralyzed.
