Thair Maroki is charged with vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of a fatal accident in the death of Anthony Caprio III, a 49-year-old Magnolia resident, Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia Bradshaw and Mount Laurel Police Chief Timothy Hudnall
At 12:13 a.m., on Monday, Dec. 29, officers responded to the 1100 block of Route 73 southbound and found Caprio, who was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.
