PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A well-known Philly DJ was killed as he rode his bike in Overbrook late last month. Police are now searching for the car they believe was involved.
While biking home from work around 3:45 a.m. On Dec. 20, a driver in a Jeep Grand Cherokee struck 54-year-old June Rodriguez from behind as he was turning left at the intersection of 56th Street and Lancaster Avenue, and kept going.
Rodriguez, a longtime employee and DJ at Bob and Barbara’s Lounge on South Street, died at the hospital from his injuries…
