2 shot, including innocent bystander, outside beer distributor in West Philadelphia

Philadelphia police are searching for a suspect who shot a man and an innocent bystander in West Philadelphia.

The shooting happened around 6 p.m. Tuesday during an altercation between the suspect and a 35-year-old man at a beer distributor at 43rd and Market streets, police said.

Surveillance video shows the suspect following the man outside the business before gunfire erupted, according to Chief Inspector Scott Small. The 35-year-old was shot at least once in the torso and is hospitalized in critical condition.
