A woman was found unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene after firefighters pulled her from a row home that caught fire in Philadelphia’s Ogontz neighborhood.
It happened around 4:45 a.m. on Thursday on the 6200 block of Ogontz Avenue, near Godfrey Avenue.
