NORRISTOWN — A Philadelphia man will spend up to two decades in prison for robbing and shooting another man during an encounter at the SEPTA bus loop in Cheltenham Township.
Jahlil Dixon-El, 25, of the unit block of East Phil-Ellena Street, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to 8½ to 20 years in a state correctional institution after he pleaded guilty to felony charges of aggravated assault and robbery in connection with the Aug. 24, 2024, incident.
Judge Steven T. O’Neill said Dixon-El will receive credit for the time he spent in jail since his September 2024 arrest, while awaiting court action on the charges…
