A suspect is in custody after a stolen U-Haul truck crashed into several vehicles during a pursuit Friday night in Philadelphia.
Police said the incident began around 5:45 p.m. when officers spotted the driver in Northeast Philadelphia. Officers initially chased the male driver but called off the pursuit due to safety concerns.
