Philly Man Allegedly Threatens to Shoot Server Outside Restaurant

WHITE DEER TOWNSHIP—NorthCentralPA.com is Reporting. A Philadelphia man was charged for allegedly threatening to shoot a server in the parking lot of the restaurant at the Quality Inn in New Columbia.

Mark Edward Tobey, 46, was charged after Pennsylvania State Police at Milton responded to a report of a man threatening to shoot a server at the restaurant just before 9 p.m. Dec. 18.

Tobey told Troopers he got into an argument with the victim outside of the Bonanza Steakhouse restaurant but did not threaten her…
