A preliminary investigation indicates a vehicle traveling northbound on Lincoln Drive crossed into the southbound lane and struck another vehicle head-on before colliding with a third vehicle, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
The first vehicle overturned multiple times, ejecting the driver onto the roadway before coming to rest, police said.
