Several parents are suing a New Jersey daycare center alleging their children were physically beaten and emotionally abused by their teacher.
Five parents of children who were between the ages of 4 and 5 filed the suit against The Malvern School, a regional daycare chain operating throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
