Troopers were called to a single-vehicle crash on I-95 North near mile marker 25.5 around 12:17 a.m., state police said.
The driver and a front-seat passenger were found dead at the scene after suffering fatal injuries in the wreck, troopers said.
Investigators determined the black Nissan sedan was traveling northbound at a high rate of speed while entering a left-hand curve when it lost control, state police said.
