The Lower Moreland Police Department announced today the arrests of Charles Parks, 29, and Aaron McKelvy, 30, after they were found in a stolen vehicle in Huntingdon Valley.
According to the report, police spotted a stolen Pennsylvania license plate on a silver Nissan Pathfinder traveling eastbound on Philmont Avenue from Huntingdon Pike on Thursday, January 22. Officers located the vehicle on the 2800 block of Philmont Avenue and identified Parks as the driver.
Parks then provided a title for a Chevrolet but was unable to provide a bill of sale or proof of ownership, police said. An investigation revealed that the vehicle’s identification number was also reported stolen…
