The scene is meant to showcase Rocky’s resilience and persistence and getting into shape before he fights Apollo Creed. Personal growth and training, you know?
So it’s somewhat hysterical that someone decided to use the cover of the East Coast’s recent mega snowstorm to not only run up the steps, but do so using a side-by-side.
