In October and November, Stephen Cilurso, an Aldan resident left sexually explicit and derogatory messages to Sherrill when she was still serving in Congress, U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia said.
New Jersey State Police issued a warrant for stalking and harassment last week, US Marshals said.
