Traffic is starting to move again on Roosevelt Boulevard after a fatal crash shut down the road in both directions Friday morning. As of around 9:30 a.m., there was still a large backup.
The crash killed one person and left several others injured just around 3:30 a.m. under the Broad Street overpass, Philadelphia police Chief Inspector Scott Small said.
