Philadelphia police officers were called to the 7200 block of Grovers Avenue after a report of an unresponsive female on the steps of a church at about 8:07 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 1, according to police.
Officers arrived and located the woman, who was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:17 a.m., police said.
The cause of death has not yet been determined…
