The Philadelphia Police Department arrested a Temple student, Ergi Mujo, Feb. 9. Mujo is faced with nine different charges: harassment, simple assault, theft, robbery, terroristic threats, reckless endangerment, receiving stolen property, unlawful restraint and criminal mischief.
Mujo’s preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 25 at 9 a.m. at the Philadelphia Municipal Court. His unsecured bail is currently set at $75,000.
“Temple University is aware of the arrest of one of its students, who has been placed on interim suspension under the university’s Student Conduct Code, which applies to conduct both on and off campus,” the university wrote in a statement to The Temple News. “While suspended, this individual is prohibited from accessing campus, university buildings, or classes. Given that this is an ongoing criminal investigation, the university cannot comment further.”…
