Two former Trenton health department officials have pleaded guilty to stealing thousands of dollars from the federal government by fraudulently creating overtime payments while supposedly working on lead inspections and meal delivery programs.
Martin Moore and Andre Trott pleaded guilty in January and October 2025 respectively to conspiracy to embezzle, steal and obtain by fraud federal monies held by the city, court records show.
