A 35-year-old man from the Oaklyn/Barrington area of New Jersey has been arrested after Bensalem Township detectives say he tried to solicit explicit photographs and arrange sexual contact with someone he believed to be a 13-year-old girl. Investigators say the suspect described sexual acts in graphic detail and allegedly offered to pick the juvenile up from a Bensalem home and drive her to his New Jersey residence. Police say the contact paused for a period, then resumed on Dec. 29, with the suspect allegedly detailing sexual acts, asking the juvenile to “come out,” and telling her he would travel to pick her up.
