On Monday, Feb. 23, officers responded to report of a stolen vehicle, Mantua Township police said. Officers located the vehicle and attempted a motor vehicle stop, but the vehicle fled the scene, police said.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as William Hargrove, who was with two unidentified women, police said.
