The Lower Moreland Police Department announced today the arrest of Phillip Yeatts, 47, for accepting payment for home improvement services which were never delivered.
According to the report, a victim of Red Lion Road in Huntingdon Valley told Lower Moreland police on October 31, 2025 that a contractor, later identified as Yeatts, had been hired in August 2025 to repair the victim’s home roof. The contractor provided a quote and required a deposit of half the quoted price.
The victim then issued a check payable to Yeatts Roofing LLC, which was cashed on August 21, 2025. Police said the contractor “failed to start the project as agreed and eventually ceased communication with the victim”, after which the victim demanded the return of the deposit…
