35-year-old man fatally shot in Northeast Philly after argument; suspect at large

A 35-year-old man was shot and killed in Northeast Philadelphia Wednesday night following an argument, police said.

Philadelphia Police Department Chief Inspector Scott Small said officers responded to the 6600 block of Summerdale Avenue just after 7 p.m. and found the man lying in the street next to a running SUV.

The 35-year-old was shot at least once in the back. Small said he was taken to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after 7:45 p.m…
