NORRISTOWN — A member of the Pagans Outlaw Motorcycle Gang accused of conspiring with eight other club members during a confrontation and shooting with a rival biker gang outside a Wawa in West Norriton claims he did not enter the fight and that his case should be severed from the others charged.
In a motion for severance filed in Montgomery County Court, Erik Dixon, 33, of the 500 block of Kingwood Road, Upper Merion, asked Judge Risa Vetri Ferman to grant him a separate trial.
