Family urges hit‑and‑run driver to come forward after father of 3 killed in Chester Heights

CHESTER HEIGHTS, Pa. – The family of 57-year-old Steven Hulsey of Upper Darby is pleading for answers after he was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver late Friday night.

“Nobody deserves to go out the way he did, especially under them circumstances,” his son-in-law, Joshua Lafferty, said.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, Hulsey was walking near Red Roof Drive and Baltimore Pike around 11:45 p.m. when he was hit by a vehicle.
