Burlington is expected to open its new Southern Tier Crossing Plaza store in mid-May at the former Joann Fabrics location.
The popular off-price retailer, which has been a tenant of the Arnot Mall for nearly 20 years, announced plans to move to the County Route 64 location in Horseheads in late 2025.
“I’m excited the new Burlington store will open sometime in mid-May,” said Horseheads Town Supervisor Donald J. Fischer. “It’s such a good location, next to Ulta Beauty, Five Below and so many other popular stores, across from Kohls and Dicks Sporting Goods and near Walmart, the ALDI grocery store and so many restaurants.”…
