NORRISTOWN — A Philadelphia man admitted he tried to hire someone to kill his former girlfriend, the mother of his child, while he was behind bars at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility awaiting trial on other charges.
Zunir Ataa Wilson-Walker, 23, pleaded guilty in county court on Thursday to a felony charge of solicitation to commit murder in connection with the murder-for-hire plot that took shape in November 2024.
Judge Thomas M. DelRicci, who accepted a plea agreement in the case, immediately sentenced Wilson-Walker to 7½ to 20 years in a state correctional facility in connection with the incident…
