Police and a medic unit responded to the 6400 block of North 16th Street in Philadelphia at 2:43 a.m. on Monday, March 16, after reports of an unresponsive male, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
A 15-year-old boy was discovered unresponsive in his bedroom by a family member, police said.
